NOTICE OF A CASUAL VACANCY FOR A PARISH COUNCILLOR
Under section 87(2) of the 1972 Local Government Act.
1. There is a vacancy on the above Council for the Blackwater Ward due to the resignation of Councillor Brian Blewett.
2. A by-election to fill the vacancy will be held if ten registered Electors from the Ward of Blackwater in the Parish of Blackwater & Hawley give notice in writing requesting such an Election to the Proper Officer within 14 working days of this notice.
3. The address of The Proper Officer is D Phillips, Hart District Council, Civic Offices, Harlington Way, Fleet, Hampshire, GU51 4AE.
